When an unexpected challenge arises, that’s what HRC is here for.
When funds are available, we offer limited emergency financial assistance to Hutto residents who need a little help getting back on their feet. We can assist with:
- Utility bills (gas, water, and electric)
- Medications
Please note that we are unable to assist with housing expenses at this time.

How to apply
Eligibility
Must reside in Hutto or the Hutto ISD attendance zone.
Frequency
Due to funding, financial assistance will be considered once every 12 months for returning clients.
(Amount will be based on funding availability).
